About Eno

This work exists because
every family deserves better.

There are families right now who are doing everything they can — and still feel alone in it. Parents who love deeply but lack the village around them. Children who need more than any one person can give. Eno Brown built this work for them.

With more than thirty years of experience across education and social care, Eno has walked alongside families at every stage — in schools, in communities, in moments of crisis and moments of joy. That experience is the foundation. But it is love — Odo — that is the driving force.

This is not a service. It is a movement. One that believes the village can be rebuilt, that parenting can be joyful, and that every family — whatever it looks like — deserves to be seen, supported and empowered.

"You will leave feeling empowered, hopeful, and ready to enjoy parenting — whatever your child, your environment, or life throws at you."
Odo · Love · Ubuntu · I am because we are

Every family deserves
a village around them.

"You will leave feeling empowered, hopeful and ready to enjoy parenting."

Whether you are navigating a difficult season, seeking connection, or simply ready to parent with more confidence — this is your space.

"Rooted in thirty years of experience across education and social care."

Eno has worked with families, children and communities across the UK — and brings that depth of knowledge into every session, circle and conversation.

"Grounded in Akan wisdom. Open to every family, from every background."

The ancient wisdom of the Akwapim people — Odo, Ubuntu, Sankofa — is not exclusive. It is an invitation. The village belongs to all of us.

I see you · You matter · You are known here

Before anything else — we see you. We see how hard you are working. How much you love your children. How much you deserve a village around you.

Odo — love — is not simply a feeling. It is an architecture. Safety, honesty, boundaries, encouragement, acknowledgement, understanding, trust, empowerment, Ubuntu. These are the foundations of every thriving family. This is what Eno Brown builds with you.

How We Work

Support that meets you
where you are.

01
One to One

Deep, personal sessions working with you as an individual and as a family. This is where your inner world meets the outer village you want to build. Tailored entirely to you.

02
ODO Circle

The village in microcosm. Parents building community with each other in real time. Currently beginning in Chiswick, London — because the most powerful thing we can do is put parents in a room together.

03
Get In Touch

Not sure which is right for you? Reach out. We will have a conversation, understand where you are, and find the best way to support you and your family. There is no wrong starting point.

Beyond the Individual

Working with organisations
that shape families.
